The Board recommended the re-appointment of Mr. Rushabh Hitendra Shah (DIN-01874177) as Managing Director, who is retiring by rotation. Furthermore, National Depository Services Limited (NDSL) has been appointed as the service provider for conducting e-voting for the upcoming AGM. Hemali Shah & Associates, Practising Company Secretary, has been appointed as the scrutinizer for the AGM to oversee and ensure the accuracy of the voting process. Additionally, Ms. Ketki D.
