Ashnoor Textile Mills Limited has released its annual report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The report indicates a challenging year with operating income declining by 36.34% and profit after tax falling by 46.85%, primarily attributed to unprecedented tariff disruptions in exports to the USA. The company also announced its 43rd Annual General Meeting, to be held on September 29, 2026, via Video Conferencing, where no dividend was recommended.

FY2025-26 Performance Highlights

Ashnoor Textile Mills Limited has presented its annual report for the financial year ending March 31, 2026. The company faced a difficult year, with operating income seeing a decline of 36.34% to ₹11,361.35 Lakh compared to the previous year. Consequently, profit after tax decreased by 46.85% to ₹848.25 Lakh. This downturn is largely due to significant tariff-related disruptions impacting exports to the United States, which constitutes the company’s principal export market.

Financial Resilience and Future Outlook

Despite the challenges, the company maintained financial resilience, adequate liquidity, and controlled costs. The outlook for FY2026-27 is anticipated to be better as the market absorbs initial tariff shocks and the business adapts to the changing trade environment. A gradual normalization of exports and a recovery in operating margins are expected to support improved company performance.

Annual General Meeting Details

The company also announced its 43rd Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled for Tuesday, September 29, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. IST. The AGM will be conducted through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The Board of Directors has decided not to recommend any dividend for the financial year 2025-2026, in view of the company’s growth requirements.
