These crucial approvals, both dated September 4, 2026, pertain to the company’s application for the reclassification of Nabha Power Limited.

Reclassification Details

The reclassification seeks to move Nabha Power Limited from the ‘Promoter Group‘ category to the ‘Public‘ category. This action is being undertaken in strict accordance with the provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The company had previously submitted its application on July 15, 2026, following an initial intimation on June 27, 2026.

LTM Limited has requested that these approvals be taken on record. The company is required to ensure compliance with all subsequent relevant disclosures of material events related to this reclassification, as mandated by the SEBI Listing Regulations.
