Time Technoplast Limited has officially declared Tuesday, September 15, 2026, as the Record Date. This date will be used to ascertain which shareholders are eligible to receive the proposed final dividend for the Financial Year 2025-2026. The dividend payment is contingent upon the approval of the Members at the upcoming 36th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company.
Dividend Details and Payment
The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 1.50/- per equity share of face value Rs. 1/- each. If approved at the 36th AGM, scheduled for Tuesday, September 22, 2026, at 04:00 P.M. (IST), the dividend will be paid to eligible shareholders, subject to the deduction of income tax at source.
Attention for Physical Shareholders
Shareholders holding shares in physical form are strongly advised to update their Know Your Customer (KYC) details and bank account information with the company’s Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA), MUFG Intime India Private Limited, before the Record Date of September 15, 2026. Dividends for physical folios with un-updated KYC details will be withheld and credited only after the necessary updates are completed.
