Suzlon Energy Limited has announced the appointment of Ms. Manjari Upadhye as President – RE Asset Management Services (AMS). The appointment is effective from September 4, 2026, and she has been designated as one of the company’s Senior Managerial Personnel (SMP). Ms. Upadhye brings extensive experience from previous roles at prominent companies like Mahindra & Mahindra, Welspun, and Amazon.com, with a strong background in consumer behaviour and services management.

Suzlon Energy Limited has officially appointed Ms. Manjari Upadhye to a significant leadership role within the organization. Effective September 4, 2026, Ms. Upadhye will serve as the President of RE Asset Management Services (AMS), reporting directly to the Group Chief Executive Officer. This appointment designates her as one of the company’s Senior Managerial Personnel (SMP).
Ms. Manjari Upadhye’s Profile
Ms. Upadhye joins Suzlon Energy with a wealth of experience spanning over 27 years. Her professional journey includes impactful roles at well-regarded organizations such as Mahindra & Mahindra Auto Division, Welspun, Amazon.com, Danone, Mondelez (Cadburys), PepsiCo, and Colgate Palmolive, where she held positions including CEO. Her expertise lies in understanding consumer behaviour and services management, which is expected to significantly benefit Suzlon’s customer-facing RE AMS business. Ms. Upadhye holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from FMS, Delhi, and has a proven track record in end-to-end P&L leadership across India, the USA, and Asia Pacific. Her experience encompasses building brands, scaling distribution, and driving margin-accretive growth.
It is noted that Ms. Upadhye is not related to any of the Directors of Suzlon Energy Limited.
