E-voting Facility Available
The Company is providing an e-voting facility to its Members to exercise their right to vote on the resolutions proposed to be passed at the 19th AGM. The remote e-voting period begins on Tuesday, September 22, 2026, at 09:00 A.M. and ends on Thursday, September 24, 2026, at 05:00 P.M. The cut-off date for determining the Members eligible to vote is Friday, September 18, 2026.
