The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from Monday, September 14, 2026, up to Thursday, September 24, 2026, inclusive. This period is crucial for identifying eligible shareholders entitled to attend the AGM and for receiving any dividends that may be declared at the meeting.

The 31st AGM is scheduled to be held on Monday, September 28, 2026, at 4:00 P.M. through Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). Additionally, the cut-off date for e-voting, in relation to the AGM, has been fixed as Tuesday, September 22, 2026.

Dividend Payment Details

Any dividend recommended by the Board and subsequently declared at the AGM will be paid to those Members whose names appear as Beneficial Owners on the Record Date of September 13, 2026, in the list furnished by depositories for shares held in electronic form. For shares held in physical form, eligibility will be based on names appearing in the Register of Members as of the same Record Date, after considering valid transfer requests.
