Mr. Shashank Shekhar Chaturvedi has resigned as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) due to personal commitments. Subsequently, Mr. Sanket Sanjay Deora has been appointed as the new CFO and KMP, effective the same date. Mr. Deora also serves as the Managing Director of the company.

The company has accepted the resignation of Mr. Shashank Shekhar Chaturvedi from his roles as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP). Mr. Chaturvedi’s resignation is attributed to pre-occupation and personal commitments.

In a swift succession, the Board has appointed Mr. Sanket Sanjay Deora as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company.
