48th Annual General Meeting Scheduled
Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCF) will convene its 48th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Friday, September 25, 2026. The meeting will be conducted virtually through Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM) at 3:00 PM IST, adhering to guidelines from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and SEBI.
Record Date and Dividend Information
The company has fixed Friday, September 18, 2026, as the Record Date. This date will be used to determine the eligibility of shareholders for the final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, subject to AGM approval. An interim dividend of ₹1.00 per equity share for the year 2025-26 has already been paid in March 2026. The final dividend proposed is ₹1.34 per equity share.
Share Transfer Book Closure
In connection with the AGM, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Saturday, September 19, 2026, to Friday, September 25, 2026, inclusive. This period is for recording the members for the purpose of the AGM.
E-voting Facility
RCF will provide a remote e-voting facility to its shareholders from Monday, September 21, 2026, at 9:00 AM IST until Thursday, September 24, 2026, at 5:00 PM IST. Shareholders entitled to vote at the AGM can also cast their votes electronically during the meeting itself.
