Following the board’s approval, Kajaria Ceramics has formally entered into a Shareholders’ Agreement. The agreement is with Sunsure Solarpark Fourty Three Private Limited and Sunsure Energy Private Limited. This partnership is crucial for the generation and supply of solar and wind power. The renewable energy generated will be utilized at the company’s manufacturing plants located in Gailpur and Malootana, Rajasthan.
