Godrej Properties: ICRA Reaffirms ‘AA+’ Ratings with Stable Outlook

Godrej Properties Limited announced on September 02, 2026, that ICRA Limited has reaffirmed its credit ratings for the company’s various instruments. The Non-Convertible Debentures and Long/Short Term Fund-based/Non-fund-based bank facilities have been reaffirmed at [ICRA]AA+ (Stable). The Commercial Paper rating has been reaffirmed at [ICRA]A1+, with the assigned amount for enhanced facilities also noted.

ICRA Affirms Strong Credit Profile for Godrej Properties

Godrej Properties Limited has received reaffirmation of its credit ratings from ICRA Limited, underscoring the company’s robust financial standing. The rating agency, in its communication dated September 02, 2026, confirmed the rating for the company’s Non-Convertible Debentures, valued at Rs. 5,250 crore, at [ICRA]AA+ with a Stable outlook. This rating reflects a high degree of safety regarding timely servicing of financial obligations.

Commercial Paper and Bank Facilities Also Rated Positively

In addition to the debentures, ICRA has also reaffirmed the rating for Godrej Properties’ Commercial Paper at [ICRA]A1+. This rating is assigned for an enhanced amount of Rs. 4,000 crore, up from Rs. 3,500 crore. Furthermore, the company’s Long/Short Term Fund-based/Non-fund-based bank facilities have been reaffirmed at [ICRA]AA+ (Stable) for long-term ratings and [ICRA]A1+ for short-term ratings, for an enhanced amount of Rs. 13,000 crore (previously Rs. 11,000 crore).

These reaffirmations and enhancements indicate ICRA’s continued confidence in Godrej Properties’ ability to meet its financial commitments, supported by its strong market position and operational performance.
