Innovative Tech Pack Ltd. has announced key board decisions, including the appointment of M/s Neeraj Bajaj & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term and Mr. Raghubeer Singh as Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27. The company also approved the notice for its 37th Annual General Meeting, scheduled for September 30, 2026, in Mewat, Haryana.
Key Auditor Appointments Approved
The Board of Directors of Innovative Tech Pack Ltd. convened and approved several significant appointments. M/s Neeraj Bajaj & Associates have been appointed as the Secretarial Auditor for a term of five consecutive financial years, from FY 2026-27 to FY 2030-31. This appointment is subject to member approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Furthermore, Mr. Raghubeer Singh has been appointed as the Internal Auditor for the Financial Year 2026-27. Mr. Singh brings extensive experience in internal audit and financial controls review, ensuring robust internal governance for the company.
37th Annual General Meeting Scheduled
In addition to auditor appointments, the board has approved the notice for the company’s 37th Annual General Meeting. The meeting is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at 09:00 A.M. The venue for the AGM is Plot No. 51, Roz-Ka-Meo, Industrial Area Sohna, Mewat, Haryana – 122103.
The Board Report for the financial year 2025-26 was also considered and approved. To facilitate the AGM, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from September 24, 2026, to September 30, 2026, inclusive. The cut-off date for determining voting rights for the AGM has been set as Monday, September 23, 2026.
The company also took note of the Secretarial Audit Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, and the resignation of the previous Secretarial Auditor. Mr. Vipin Chauhan, an Advocate, has been appointed as Scrutinizer for the E-Voting facility and poll votes at the forthcoming AGM.
