Internal Auditor Appointed for FY 2026-27

The meeting also covered other crucial agenda items. The board approved the notice for the 37th Annual General Meeting, scheduled for Wednesday, September 30, 2026. The Board Report for the financial year 2025-26 was also approved, along with the closure of the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books from September 24, 2026, to September 30, 2026, inclusive, for the purpose of the AGM. A cut-off date of Monday, September 23, 2026, was fixed for determining voting rights. Additionally, the board took note of the Secretarial Audit Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, and the resignation of the previous Secretarial Auditor. Mr. Vipin Chauhan was appointed as Scrutinizer for the upcoming AGM’s e-voting and poll processes.
