After accounting for tax expenses, the Net Profit after tax stood at ₹435.38 lakhs, an improvement from the previous year’s net profit of ₹447.04 lakhs. Earnings per equity share (basic and diluted) were reported at ₹5.93 for the year.

Icon Facilitators Limited successfully completed its Initial Public Offering (IPO) and listed its equity shares on the BSE SME Platform on July 1, 2025. The company raised ₹19.11 crore through the IPO, issuing 21,00,000 equity shares at an issue price of ₹91 each. As of March 31, 2026, the company’s paid-up equity share capital stood at ₹785.96 lakhs, representing 78,59,600 equity shares.
