These purchases have led to a significant increase in the combined shareholding of the acquirer and PAC.
Increased Shareholding and Voting Rights
Prior to this acquisition, Rajesh Mirchumal Sadhwani and Sneha Sadhwani held a combined stake of 30.88%. Following the recent purchase of 65,00,000 equity shares, their total holding has risen to 17,75,01,000 shares, representing 32.06% of the total voting capital. Specifically, Rajesh Mirchumal Sadhwani’s individual holding of shares carrying voting rights increased by 1.17% to 15.26%.

The acquisition significantly boosts the voting power of the acquirer and PAC. After the acquisition, their combined voting rights stand at 32.06%, up from 30.88% previously.
