Chiraharit Limited announced its financial results for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026. The company experienced a significant downturn in profitability, with profit after tax dropping by 94% to ₹40.66 lakhs compared to ₹650.25 lakhs in the prior fiscal year. This decline was attributed to various factors, including increased operational expenses and cost pressures. On a consolidated basis, the profit after tax was ₹2.14 lakhs, down from ₹602.29 lakhs.

Revenue and Key Changes

Revenue from operations for the year stood at ₹4,822.70 lakhs, a decrease of 6.17% from the previous year’s ₹5,139.60 lakhs. The company noted a shift in revenue composition, with product sales increasing by 15.44% while service sales decreased by 45.03%. This change, along with higher direct and other related expenses, impacted profitability.
