The Board of Directors, in a meeting held on September 1, 2026, approved the appointment of Mr. Jinjala Bharatbhai Babubhai as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company, effective from the same date. Mr. Babubhai brings over 19 years of experience in accounting and financial operations, particularly within the jewelry industry.
Company Secretary and Compliance Officer Appointed
Further bolstering its corporate governance, the company has also appointed Mr. Parin Bhavsar as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective September 1, 2026. Mr. Bhavsar is a Qualified Company Secretary with 6 years of experience in corporate compliance, secretarial functions, and corporate governance, with expertise in SEBI (LODR) and Companies Act compliances.
Auditor Appointment Recommended
In a separate resolution, the Board, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, has proposed the appointment of M/s. MARKS & co., Chartered Accountants, as the new Statutory Auditors of the Company. This appointment is to fill a casual vacancy arising from the resignation of the previous auditors, M/s. SSRV & Associates. The appointment of M/s. MARKS & co. is subject to the approval of the shareholders in the upcoming General Meeting and will be for the Financial Year 2026-27.
