Key Governance Appointment
The nomination and remuneration committee recommended Shri Arvind Kumar for the role, and the Board subsequently approved his appointment. Shri Kumar, who holds ICSI Membership Number A14874, is currently serving as the Chief General Manager (Company Law) at JK Paper. Authorizations and Responsibilities
In addition to his core duties, Shri Arvind Kumar will share joint authority with the Chief Finance Officer to determine the materiality of events or information.
