Mr. Agrawal is a seasoned banking professional with more than 25 years of comprehensive experience across various facets of the financial sector. His expertise spans MSME, Business Banking, Retail Banking, Credit, Product, and Distribution. He is recognized for his strong financial acumen, business leadership, and proven ability in product innovation and execution. Mr. Agrawal has a distinguished career, having previously served in leadership roles at organizations like the Bank of Rajasthan and UTI Bank, followed by an extensive period at ICICI Bank.
Experience at ICICI Bank
During his tenure at ICICI Bank, Mr. Agrawal played a pivotal role in leading the MSME Product division nationally. He was instrumental in introducing innovative product lines and streamlining credit processes, which led to faster decision-making and a deeper understanding of MSME businesses. Furthermore, he spearheaded the Gold Loan Product nationally, implementing a technology-enabled workflow in 2015 that continues to be utilized by over 20,000 users across ICICI Bank branches.
