NCC has announced the receipt of three new orders totaling Rs. 430.19 Crore (excluding GST) during the month of August 2026. These orders are for the company’s Buildings Division and have been secured in the normal course of business. The company has confirmed that these orders do not involve any internal stakeholders or related party transactions, ensuring transparency and standard business practices.

New Order Wins Bolster Business Pipeline

NCC has successfully secured new business with the announcement of three significant orders received during August 2026. The cumulative value of these new orders stands at Rs. 430.19 Crore, before the application of Goods and Services Tax (GST). These awards represent a positive development for the company’s ongoing operations and future revenue streams.

Orders Pertain to Buildings Division

The newly acquired contracts are specifically for the company’s Buildings Division, a key segment within NCC’s operational portfolio. The company has emphasized that these orders were obtained through standard business processes and do not represent any internal orders. Furthermore, NCC has clarified that there is no interest from Promoters, Promoter Group, or Group Companies in the entities awarding these projects, thereby confirming that these transactions do not fall under Related Party Transactions.
