SN Solar Mangaluru Private Limited has been established with an authorized capital of ₹10,00,000/-, divided into 1,00,000 equity shares of ₹10 each. The paid-up capital is also ₹1,00,000/-, comprising 10,000 equity shares of ₹10 each. The company is yet to commence its business operations. The industry to which the entity belongs is green or renewable energy and related activities.

Related Party Status and Consideration

As a wholly-owned subsidiary, SN Solar Mangaluru Private Limited is considered a related party to Source Natural Foods and Herbal Supplements Limited. The consideration for the acquisition of shares is through a cash payment. Source Natural Foods and Herbal Supplements Limited, along with its nominee shareholders, has subscribed to 100% of the incorporated company’s equity shares, amounting to ₹1,00,000/-.
