Jindal Worldwide: Jindal Mobilitric Targets 100 EV Showrooms by FY28

Jindal Mobilitric Expands EV Retail Network

Jindal Mobilitric Private Limited, the electric vehicle arm and subsidiary of Jindal Worldwide Limited, has announced an ambitious plan to scale its retail network to approximately 100 showrooms across India by the end of FY28. This strategic expansion is aimed at strengthening last-mile customer experience and accelerating the adoption of electric vehicles nationwide.

Phased Rollout Strategy

The expansion will be implemented in phases, with the company targeting the opening of around 40 showrooms by the end of FY27. The remaining showrooms are slated to be commissioned progressively through FY28. This calibrated approach is designed to ensure consistent customer experience, robust after-sales support, and disciplined capital allocation as the network grows.

Operational Readiness and Dealer Network

Jindal Mobilitric has already commenced commercial operations with its manufacturing facility in Ahmedabad fully operational. The company has opened its initial two showrooms in Srinagar and Jaipur, marking the on-ground commencement of its pan-India retail expansion. Customer response to these early showrooms has been encouraging. In parallel, 52 dealers have been appointed across the country, forming a growing distribution network to support the planned showroom expansion and enhance market penetration.
