Polymechplast Machines Limited has announced a revision to its upcoming 39th Annual General Meeting (AGM) date, the Record Date, and the Book Closure Date. The AGM, originally scheduled for an earlier date, will now be held on Wednesday, 30th September, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. via Video Conferencing. Consequently, the Book Closure and Record Dates have also been adjusted to accommodate these changes, with the Record Date set for 22nd September, 2026.
AGM Date Shifted to September 30th
Polymechplast Machines Limited has informed stakeholders about a revised schedule for its 39th Annual General Meeting (AGM). The meeting is now scheduled to take place on Wednesday, 30th September, 2026, commencing at 3:00 p.m. The AGM will be conducted through Video Conferencing (VC) or other Audio Visual Means (OAVM), offering a convenient and accessible platform for participation.
Record and Book Closure Dates Updated
In line with the rescheduled AGM, the company has also updated the Record Date and Book Closure Dates. The Record Date has been fixed as Tuesday, 22nd September, 2026. The Book Closure period, during which the company’s shares will not be transferred, will be from Wednesday, 23rd September, 2026, to Thursday, 24th September, 2026, inclusive.
Dividend Payment Schedule
The purpose of the revised Book Closure and Record Dates is primarily for the payment of the final dividend for the Financial Year ended 31st March, 2026, and for facilitating e-voting. Should the dividend be approved by the shareholders at the AGM, it is slated to be distributed amongst them starting from Monday, 12th October, 2026. This payment will be subject to the standard deduction of tax at source.
The company stated that these changes were necessitated by unavoidable circumstances. All other details from the previous Board Meeting outcome remain unchanged.
