Eco Hotels & Resorts Limited has officially announced the launch of its latest property, Eco Satva Shirdi, a 58-room hotel located in Shirdi, Maharashtra. This strategic expansion is part of the company’s ongoing initiative to grow its hospitality portfolio within key pilgrimage, leisure, and business destinations across India. The opening of Eco Satva Shirdi strengthens the company’s presence in the state of Maharashtra.

Portfolio Expansion and Growth Strategy

With the addition of Eco Satva Shirdi, Eco Hotels now operates more than 280 rooms. The company has further expansion plans, including a 52-room property in Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar and a 16-room boutique hotel in Ayodhya, aiming to reach approximately 350 rooms before Diwali. This growth strategy focuses on identifying destinations with strong, sustained demand and developing properties that cater to specific market needs, particularly in pilgrimage tourism.

Property Features and Market Opportunity

Eco Satva Shirdi is situated on Nagar Manmad Road in Nimgaon Korhale, Shirdi, designed to attract the significant visitor base to this prominent pilgrimage destination. The hotel offers amenities such as a swimming pool and multiple dining options, including the pure vegetarian Satvik restaurant Sahar, a rooftop restaurant and bar, EcoSip Café, and Pan Asian and Continental dining. The company views Shirdi as a key opportunity for establishing a stronger hospitality presence and diversifying its portfolio.
