Finolex Cables Limited has announced the date for its 58th Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled for Monday, September 28, 2026. The meeting will be conducted via video conferencing. Additionally, the company has set Friday, September 4, 2026, as the record date for determining shareholder eligibility for a recommended dividend of 450% (₹9 per equity share) for the financial year 2025-26, subject to AGM approval.

58th Annual General Meeting Announced

Finolex Cables Limited is set to convene its 58th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Monday, September 28, 2026. The meeting will commence at 12 noon and will be conducted through Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio Video Means (OAVM). The formal business of the AGM will be transacted as per the notice to be issued subsequently.

Remote E-Voting Facility

Members of Finolex Cables will have the facility to exercise their voting rights electronically for the 58th AGM. The e-voting services will be provided by NSDL. The cut-off date for determining eligibility for remote e-voting or e-voting at the AGM is fixed as Monday, September 21, 2026. The remote e-voting period will be open from Thursday, September 24, 2026, at 9:00 A.M. until Sunday, September 27, 2026, at 5:00 P.M.

Dividend Record Date and Payment

The Board of Directors has recommended a dividend of 450% (₹9 per equity share) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026 (2025-26), subject to shareholder approval at the AGM. The record date for determining entitlement to this dividend is set as Friday, September 4, 2026. If declared, the dividend will be paid on or before October 27, 2026, after deduction of applicable taxes at source. Entitlement will be based on names appearing in the Register of Members for physical shares and beneficial ownership details from depositories for electronic shares as of the close of business on the record date.
