Following these transactions, Nippon India Mutual Fund’s total holding in Cyient Limited now stands at 54,70,401 shares, which translates to 5.2222% of the total equity share capital. This disclosure is made in accordance with SEBI’s Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers Regulations, 2011. Prior to this acquisition phase, the fund held 48,11,476 shares, amounting to 4.5932% of Cyient’s total voting capital.

The disclosure also highlights the capital structure of Cyient Limited.
