Consolidated Results and Dividend Proposal
On a consolidated basis, the company’s net profit saw a similar upward trend, rising to ₹1.51 Crores, a 29.4% increase from the previous year. The company also declared basic earnings per share of ₹1.80 on a standalone basis and ₹1.79 on a consolidated basis. In recognition of its performance, the Board of Directors has proposed a final dividend of ₹0.50 per equity share (5% on the face value of ₹10 per share), subject to the approval of the shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. This, combined with the interim dividend of ₹0.50, brings the total dividend for the financial year to ₹1.00 per share.
