Additionally, the Board decided to convene the 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 21, 2026, at 3:00 P.M. IST. The meeting will be conducted via Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM), providing broader accessibility for shareholders.
