Cost Auditor Remuneration

The company also seeks approval for the remuneration of its Cost Auditor, M/s. R J & Associates, for the financial year 2026-27. The proposed remuneration is ₹55,000/- plus applicable taxes and reimbursement of out-of-pocket expenses.
