Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited announced today, August 27, 2026, that its Committee for Investment/Land Appraisal has approved the sale of the company’s entire stake in four key associate companies. The companies involved in this transaction are Ample Parks and Logistics Private Limited (APLPL), Ample Parks Project 1 Private Limited (AP1), Ample Parks Project 2 Private Limited (AP2), and Ample Parks MMR Private Limited (APMPL). The stake sale is to Omega Warehouse Holdings 2 Limited.
Transaction Details and Financials
The total consideration for the sale of these stakes is expected to be up to ₹80 crore. Upon completion of this transaction, the aforementioned entities will no longer be considered associates of Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited. The agreement for the sale is anticipated to be executed by December 31, 2026, with the sale and disposal expected to be completed by the same date, or any other mutually agreed upon date.
Notably, the net worth contributed by MLDL’s proportionate share in APLPL’s associate’s net worth as of March 31, 2026, was negative. For AP1, the proportionate share in the associate’s net worth, including Compulsory Convertible Debentures, was ₹4,739.70 Lakhs. AP2’s similar share was valued at ₹433 Lakhs. APMPL’s proportionate share in the associate’s net worth stood at ₹1.29 Lakhs as of the same date. The buyer, Omega Warehouse Holdings 2 Limited, currently holds the balance stake in these associate companies and is not related to the promoter group of Mahindra Lifespace.
