Dynamic Industries Limited has announced the record date for its 37th Annual General Meeting (AGM) and dividend distribution for the financial year 2025-26. The company will close its register of members and share transfer books from September 15, 2026, to September 21, 2026, inclusive. Shareholders as of the cut-off date of September 14, 2026, will be eligible for the dividend and to exercise voting rights.

This announcement is made in compliance with regulatory requirements, ensuring transparency for all stakeholders.

Book Closure and Record Date Details

The company’s Register of Members and Share Transfer Book will be temporarily closed from Tuesday, September 15, 2026, through to Monday, September 21, 2026. Both these dates are inclusive. The established record date for determining the eligibility of shareholders for dividend payment and voting rights at the AGM is September 14, 2026. Shareholders whose names appear on the company’s register as of this date will be entitled to these benefits.

E-Voting Facility Provided

In line with its commitment to shareholder participation, Dynamic Industries is providing an e-voting facility. This service will be available to members whose names are registered by the aforementioned cut-off date. The e-voting period will commence on September 18, 2026, at 9:00 AM IST and will conclude on September 20, 2026, at 5:00 PM IST. Shareholders who do not utilize the e-voting option can also cast their votes during the AGM process on the CDSL portal on the day of the meeting.

The company has engaged CDSL to facilitate the e-voting process, ensuring a secure and accessible platform for its shareholders to exercise their democratic rights.
