Choksi Laboratories: FY26 Profit Jumps 29% to ₹196 Crore

Choksi Laboratories has announced its financial results for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026. The company reported a significant increase in revenue to ₹4,621.93 Lakhs, up from ₹4,184.94 Lakhs in the previous year. Net profit after tax also saw a substantial rise to ₹196.43 Lakhs, compared to ₹152.33 Lakhs in FY2025. The company also announced the re-appointment of Ms. Himika Choksi as a Whole-Time Director.

Strong Financial Performance for FY2025-26

Choksi Laboratories Limited has reported robust financial results for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026. Total revenue from operations increased by approximately 10.45% to ₹4,621.93 Lakhs, up from ₹4,184.94 Lakhs in the previous financial year. The company’s profit before tax (PBT) grew to ₹319.46 Lakhs, an increase from ₹215.33 Lakhs in FY2025. This growth was further bolstered by exceptional items amounting to ₹75.30 Lakhs.

Net Profit and Earnings Per Share Growth

The net profit after tax for the year stood at ₹196.43 Lakhs, a notable increase from the ₹152.33 Lakhs recorded in the previous year. Earnings per equity share (EPS) also saw a positive trend, with basic EPS rising to ₹2.82 from ₹2.19 in FY2025. The company has recommended no dividend for the financial year ending March 31, 2026, citing the requirement for funds for operations.

Key Management Re-appointment

In addition to the financial highlights, the company announced the proposed re-appointment of Ms. Himika Choksi as a Whole-Time Director for a further period of five years, commencing April 1, 2027. Her remuneration package details were also outlined, reflecting continued confidence in her role.

Cybersecurity Incident

The company also disclosed a cybersecurity breach incident involving a ransomware attack on May 22, 2025. This led to a temporary disruption of IT infrastructure and inaccessibility of financial data, with recovery completed by May 31, 2025. The company has since enhanced its cybersecurity protocols to mitigate future risks.
