Subros Limited has announced its 41st Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled for Friday, September 18, 2026, at 11:30 AM IST. The meeting will be conducted entirely through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM), with the registered office of the company deemed the venue.

Strong Financial Performance in FY26

The company reported a robust financial performance for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The net revenue from operations reached ₹3,755.52 Crores, marking a significant growth of 11.52% compared to the previous financial year’s ₹3,367.57 Crores. Profit before Tax (PBT) also saw an increase, standing at ₹220.29 Crores, up from ₹203.45 Crores in the prior year.

Dividend Recommendation

In light of the strong financial performance, the Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹3 per equity share (nominal value of ₹2 per share) for the financial year 2025-26. This proposed dividend, which represents a 150% payout, is subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The total estimated dividend to be paid is Rs. 1,957.07 Lakhs.
