Compliance and Disclosure
MIDHANI is further enclosing the requisite disclosure of information pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Both appointees have confirmed they are not debarred from holding director positions by any SEBI Order or other authority and are not disqualified under Section 164 of the Companies Act, 2013.
