Record Financial Performance in FY 2025-26

Skipper Limited has announced a year of significant achievements in FY 2025-26, marking its most consequential fiscal year. The company reported its highest-ever revenue, reaching ₹55,528 million, representing a 20% advance over the previous year’s ₹46,245 million. This robust growth was driven by strong cross-segment performance.

Profitability Highlights

The company’s profitability saw substantial improvements, with EBITDA rising to ₹5,727 million (a 10.3% margin, up from 9.8% in FY25). Profit After Tax (PAT) reached an all-time high of ₹2,131 million, with the net margin improving to 3.8% from 3.2%. This enhanced earnings growth is attributed to operating leverage from a larger manufacturing base, better contract quality, and a tighter financial discipline.

Capacity Expansion and Order Book

Skipper Limited also achieved key operational milestones by commissioning 75,000 MTPA of additional transmission tower manufacturing capacity, increasing its total installed capacity to 375,000 MTPA. Furthermore, the company closed the year with a record order book of ₹85,019 million, diversified across business segments, ensuring strong future revenue visibility.
