Mr. Manish Anandani‘s appointment is effective from September 28, 2026, and he will serve in this capacity for a term of five years, concluding on September 27, 2031. This appointment is contingent upon the approval of the company’s shareholders and other applicable statutory approvals. Mr. Anandani brings a wealth of experience to the role, with a career spanning over 30 years in sales, marketing, and general management, including leadership positions at Kenvue (formerly Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health) and a previous tenure at Colgate-Palmolive.

Resignation of Current MD & CEO

The transition occurs as Ms. Prabha Narasimhan steps down from her role as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, effective close of business on September 27, 2026. Ms. Narasimhan has been promoted to the position of Executive Vice President – Marketing for the Asia-Pacific Division of Colgate-Palmolive. Her resignation and subsequent promotion were also noted by the Board.
