The issue price was fixed at ₹4,790.00 per share, including a premium of ₹4,788.00. This price represents a discount of ₹95.90 per share from the floor price, adhering to SEBI ICDR Regulations. The company also approved and finalized the allocation note for the eligible institutional buyers.

Netweb Technologies Concludes Qualified Institutions Placement

Netweb Technologies India Limited has announced the successful closure of its Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP). The Fund Raising Committee of the company, in a meeting held on August 20, 2026, approved the closure of the issue. This follows the receipt of application forms and funds in the escrow account from eligible qualified institutional buyers, as per the terms of the Issue.

Share Allotment and Pricing

The Committee determined and approved the allocation of 25,05,219 equity shares to eligible qualified institutional buyers. The issue price was fixed at ₹4,790.00 per equity share, which includes a premium of ₹4,788.00 per equity share. This pricing represents a discount of ₹95.90 per equity share, or 1.96%, compared to the floor price of ₹4,885.90 per equity share. This action aligns with the SEBI ICDR Regulations and Chapter VI of the SEBI ICDR Regulations.

Placement Document and Confirmation

Furthermore, the placement document dated August 20, 2026, related to this QIP, was approved and adopted. A copy of this document will be made available on the company’s website, www.netwebindia.com. The committee also approved and finalized the confirmation of allocation notes to be sent to the eligible qualified institutional buyers, intimating them of their respective allocations of equity shares.
