The company has approved the issue and allotment of 23,36,448 Equity Shares, each with a face value of ₹10.00, to 45 eligible qualified institutional buyers. The issue price was set at ₹4,280.00 per Equity Share. This price includes a discount of ₹158.20 (3.56% of the floor price) and represents a premium of ₹4,270.00 per Equity Share over the face value.
