The company’s Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from Saturday, 5th September 2026, to Saturday, 12th September 2026, inclusive, to determine voting entitlement. Remote e-voting will be open from Wednesday, 9th September, to Friday, 11th September 2026.

Repono Limited has formally announced the details for its upcoming 9th Annual General Meeting (AGM). The meeting is scheduled to take place on Saturday, 12th September 2026, and will be conducted entirely through Video Conferencing (VC) and Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM).

Book Closure and Voting Period

In preparation for the AGM, the company will observe a book closure period. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of Repono Limited will remain closed from Saturday, 5th September 2026, up to and including Saturday, 12th September 2026. This period serves to identify the shareholders eligible to vote at the AGM.

The cut-off date for determining voting entitlement is Saturday, 5th September 2026. Shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members or List of Beneficial Owners as of this date will be eligible to participate in the voting process.

Remote E-voting Information

Repono Limited is facilitating remote e-voting for its shareholders. The remote e-voting facility will commence on Wednesday, 9th September 2026, at 9:00 A.M. (IST) and will conclude on Friday, 11th September 2026, at 5:00 P.M. (IST). Shareholders are encouraged to utilize this facility to cast their votes prior to the AGM.

E-voting at the AGM

Members who attend the AGM virtually via VC/OAVM and have not yet cast their votes through remote e-voting will have the opportunity to do so during the AGM itself. The remote e-voting facility will be disabled by the designated e-voting agency once the AGM proceedings conclude.
