The shares were transferred to two immediate relatives and promoters: Bharat Hardattrai Biyani received 6,49,110 shares, increasing his holding to 9.37%, and Vinod Hardattrai Biyani acquired 3,06,521 shares, bringing his stake to 4.43%. These transfers were effected through gift deeds and were without any monetary consideration. The aggregate shareholding of the promoter and promoter group in Abhinav Capital Services Limited remains unchanged by this transaction.

The inter-se transfer was executed under the exemption provided by Regulation 10(1)(a)(i) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
