The project Birla Taranya achieved a booking value of over Rs. 1,000 crores within its first three months of RERA approval, highlighting strong customer acceptance. Sustenance sales in Q1 FY27 were well-diversified across regions, contributing significantly from MMR (Rs. 150 crores) and Pune (Rs. 119 crores).

Business Development and Strategic Initiatives

ABREL is actively strengthening its position in the redevelopment segment, with a new project in Vashi, Navi Mumbai, estimated to have a potential GDV of approximately Rs. 2,600 crores. The total residential redevelopment portfolio now stands at approximately Rs. 4,300 crores. The company also highlighted the successful completion of the divestment of Century Pulp and Paper to ITC, which has significantly reduced its net debt to nearly zero, enhancing financial headroom for future business development. The BD pipeline is robust, with term sheets and advanced deals valued at over Rs. 60,000 crores, reasonably split across NCR, Mumbai, Pune, and Bangalore. A notable recent acquisition is the Vashi redevelopment project, expected to have a revenue potential of around Rs. 2,600 crores.
