This reclassification is being undertaken under Regulation 31A(8)(c) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The company had previously intimated on May 12, 2026, that it had received requests from Promoter Group members for such reclassification. Subsequently, the Board of Directors, in their meeting held on the same date, May 12, 2026, had approved this reclassification of Promoter Group Entities to the ‘Public’ category. The application to the stock exchanges was submitted on May 16, 2026, seeking their no-objection or approval.
