The newly formed entity, Wind Earth Private Limited, is poised to engage in the business of generation, transmission, and distribution of electricity. Its operations will encompass both non-conventional and conventional energy resources, with a specific emphasis on developing wind power projects. The company also plans to establish wind parks and facilitate potential investors in setting up wind power turbines.
Details of the New Entity
Wind Earth Private Limited has been incorporated with an authorized capital of ₹5,00,000/-, divided into 50,000 equity shares of ₹10/- each. The primary line of business for WEPL is within the Energy / Renewable Power sector. The company aims to undertake projects related to wind power, hydropower, biogas, biomass gasification, and urban municipal waste gasification. Enviro Infra Engineers Limited will hold 51% control over the subsidiary.
