QGO Finance: Urges Shareholders to Update PAN, KYC, and Bank Details

QGO Finance Limited is reminding its shareholders, especially those holding shares in physical form, about the mandatory requirement to update their PAN, KYC, nomination, and bank account details. This is in compliance with SEBI regulations and is crucial for the smooth processing of dividend payments and other services. Shareholders are advised to use the specified forms and submit them to the Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA) promptly to avoid any disruption in services or dividend payouts.

Mandatory Data Updates for Shareholders

QGO Finance Limited is issuing a crucial reminder to all its shareholders regarding the imperative need to update their personal and financial information. This communication, dated August 18, 2026, emphasizes the requirement for updating details such as PAN, KYC (Know Your Customer), nomination, and bank account information. This directive is in line with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) Master Circular No. HO/38/13(4)2026-MIRSD-POD/I/4298/2026, dated February 6, 2026.

Importance for Physical Shareholders

Shareholders holding shares in physical form are particularly urged to furnish or update their details with the Company’s Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA), MAS Services Limited. Failure to do so will render them ineligible to lodge grievances or avail any service requests from the RTA. Furthermore, the company highlights that dividend payments will be processed exclusively through electronic mode, and such payments will remain withheld for shareholders whose details are not updated.

Required Forms and Submission

Shareholders are advised to refer to the specific forms notified by SEBI for updating their details, which include forms such as ISR-1 for PAN and Email ID, ISR-2 for Bank Details, and SH-13 for Nomination. These forms, along with the supporting documents, can be downloaded from the RTA’s website, www.masserv.com/downloads.asp. The duly filled physical forms should be sent to the RTA’s office located at T-34, 2nd Floor, Okhla Industrial Area, Phase-II, New Delhi – 110020.

Demat Shareholders Also Advised

Shareholders holding shares in demat mode are also requested to update their bank account details, including account number, IFSC code, and MICR code, with their Depository Participant (DP). This is necessary to facilitate the receipt of dividends solely through electronic mode, as physical dividend warrants will no longer be issued. For any queries or assistance, shareholders can contact the RTA.
