Reminder Issued for Overdue Share Payments

PVV Infra Limited has dispatched a Reminder Notice to shareholders holding partly paid-up equity shares who have not yet paid the outstanding First and Final Call Money. The total amount due across 7,59,60,487 partly paid-up shares is ₹28,48,51,826, with the call amount being ₹3.75 per share.

Opportunity to Convert Shares

This notice serves as an additional opportunity for these shareholders to pay the First and Final Call Money and consequently convert their partly paid-up equity shares into fully paid-up equity shares (ISIN: INE428B01021). The payment window is open from August 19, 2026, to September 2, 2026, inclusive.

No Immediate Forfeiture

The company has clarified that this Reminder Notice is not a forfeiture notice. No forfeiture of partly paid-up equity shares is currently being threatened or initiated. PVV Infra Limited intends to offer further opportunities to shareholders who do not comply during this reminder period. Any future decision regarding forfeiture will be communicated separately with adequate prior notice as per the company’s Articles of Association.

Shareholders are directed to make payments via NEFT/RTGS to the specified bank account of PVV Infra Limited at The Neela Krishna Co-Operative Urban Bank Ltd. (Account No.: 100040070001192, IFSC: HDFCOCNEELA). When making payments, shareholders must mention their DP ID – Client ID / Folio No. and “PVV Infra Call Money” in the transaction narration for identification and processing. Detailed instructions and a payment slip are available on the company’s website and enclosed with the notice.

Share Suspension

It is noted that the ISIN IN9428B01029, representing these partly paid-up equity shares, has been suspended by National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) and Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) with effect from April 27, 2026.
