PTC India: Schedules 27th AGM and Sets October 7, 2026 Record Date

PTC India Limited has announced the schedule for its 27th Annual General Meeting (AGM), which will be held on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at 12:30 PM via video-conferencing. The company has also fixed Wednesday, October 7, 2026, as the Record Date for determining shareholders’ entitlement to the final dividend, proposed at 55% (Rs. 5.50 per share) for FY 2025-26.

Annual General Meeting Details

PTC India Limited will conduct its 27th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Wednesday, September 30, 2026. The meeting is scheduled to commence at 12:30 PM and will be held through video-conferencing (VC) or other audio-visual means (OAVM), in compliance with applicable laws and recent circulars from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.

The Notice of the AGM, along with the Annual Report and other relevant documents for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, will be dispatched electronically to shareholders whose email addresses are registered with the company or their Depository Participants. These documents will also be accessible on the company’s official website, www.ptcindia.com, and the websites of the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange (NSE).

Final Dividend and Record Date

In accordance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, PTC India Limited has designated Wednesday, October 7, 2026, as the Record Date. This date will be used to ascertain the eligibility of members for the final dividend. The Board of Directors, in their meeting held on May 19, 2026, recommended a final dividend of 55%, equivalent to Rs. 5.50 per equity share of Rs. 10/- each, for the financial year 2025-26.
