BLS International Services Limited has unveiled a stellar performance for the first quarter of FY27, ended June 30, 2026. The company announced a record consolidated revenue of INR 891 crore, marking a significant 25% growth compared to INR 711 crore in the same quarter last year. This achievement represents the highest quarterly revenue in the company’s history.
Record EBITDA and Profitability
Complementing the revenue growth, the company’s EBITDA surged by 24% year-on-year to INR 252 crore. The EBITDA margin remained stable at 28.3%, reflecting the company’s ability to grow revenue without compromising on profitability. Profit after tax for the quarter stood at INR 202 crore, an increase of 12% from INR 181 crore in the prior year’s first quarter. This strong financial performance underscores the company’s disciplined cost management and operating leverage across its businesses.
Segmental Performance Highlights
The Visa & Consular Services segment contributed approximately 63% of the consolidated revenue, with revenue growing by 22% year-on-year to INR 560 crore. This segment also remains the primary profit engine, contributing close to 90% of the total consolidated EBITDA, with an EBITDA margin of 40.3%. The Digital Service business demonstrated robust growth, with revenue increasing by 32% to INR 330 crore. Its EBITDA grew significantly by 45% to INR 27 crore, and the margin improved to 8.2% from 7.2% in the prior year, indicating strong momentum in this segment.
Strategic Initiatives and Outlook
During the quarter, BLS International launched initiatives such as the #VisaReadywithBLSInternational campaign and an AI-powered bot for enhanced customer service. The company also secured a contract with the government of West Bengal for beneficiary verification services. Looking ahead, BLS International anticipates continued growth, driven by its diversified business model, global footprint, and strategic initiatives. The company reiterated its organic revenue growth guidance of 15% to 20% over the next five years.
