The appointment of Smt. Suman Bala as an Independent (Non-official Part-Time) Director is effective from the date of her registration to the Data Bank of Independent Directors, maintained by the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA), which is August 17, 2026. As per the Ministry of Railways Order no. 2026/PL/57/16 dated August 13, 2026, she will serve as an Independent Director on the Board for a period of three (3) years, commencing immediately or until further orders, whichever is earlier. Smt. Suman Bala is not related to any other Director of the Company.
