It aims to assist shareholders in converting their physical shares, especially those sold/purchased before April 1, 2019, into dematerialized form.

Mohit Paper Mills Limited is implementing a special window to assist shareholders with the transfer and dematerialization of their physical securities. This initiative is a continuation of earlier communications and is in line with regulatory directives. The window is specifically designed to aid in processing transfer requests for physical shares that were sold or purchased prior to April 01, 2019.

Key Dates and Availability

The special window officially commenced on February 05, 2026, and will remain open until February 04, 2027, offering a full year for eligible shareholders to act. This period is intended to provide ample opportunity for shareholders to comply with the dematerialization process.

Scope of the Window

This facility is also extended to those transfer requests that were previously submitted but were rejected or returned due to documentation or process deficiencies. All securities successfully transferred through this window will be mandatorily credited to the transferee in demat mode. Furthermore, these securities will be subject to a one-year lock-in period starting from the date of transfer registration, during which they cannot be transferred, lien-marked, or pledged.

Conditions and Procedure

Shareholders wishing to utilize this special window must ensure that their original security certificates and all necessary supporting documents, as specified by SEBI, are lodged with the company’s Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA). The RTA for Mohit Paper Mills Limited is MUFG Intime India Private Limited. Shareholders are advised to contact the RTA or the company for detailed requirements and submission procedures. Transfer requests must be submitted in full compliance by February 04, 2027.

Exclusions

It is important to note that cases involving disputes between transferors and transferees will not be processed through this special window and must be settled independently through legal channels such as courts or the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT).
