Raminfo Limited has issued a statement confirming no deviation or variation in the utilization of funds raised through its preferential issue. The funds were raised for specific objects as approved by shareholders and detailed in the offer document. A statement of deviation/variation for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, has been enclosed, indicating the consistent adherence to the planned allocation for ongoing projects and working capital needs.

Statement on Fund Utilization

Raminfo Limited has formally communicated its adherence to the utilization of funds raised via a preferential issue. In a filing dated August 14, 2026, the company stated that there have been no deviations or variations in how these funds have been used concerning the original objectives approved by its shareholders. This confirmation is in line with Regulation 32 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Quarterly Review of Fund Allocation

The company has provided an annexed statement detailing the utilization of funds for the quarter that ended on June 30, 2026. This statement, marked as Annexure-A, indicates that the allocation for the preferential issue remains in accordance with the terms set forth in the offer document and the explanatory statement provided to the Extra Ordinary General Meeting on January 17, 2024.

Objects of Preferential Issue

The funds raised were designated for three primary purposes:

  • Meeting funding requirements for various ongoing Projects of the Company/JVs (in which the Company is a partner).
  • Meeting working capital requirements to strengthen the financial position.
  • General corporate purposes.

For the quarter ended June 30, 2026, the total funds utilized for these objects were ₹24,40,94,979 against the allocated amount of ₹24,40,94,979 for the first objective. For general corporate purposes, ₹5,09,55,674 has been utilized against an original allocation of ₹6,10,23,743, showing no material deviation.
